MxSign

No more paper at the front desk

With MxSign members fill in and sign on the tablet at the desk, or from their own phone before they arrive. The signed PDF reaches them by email.

• Sign on the desk tablet or on the member's phone through your track's link.
• Signed PDF by email to the member; you download it from the panel.
• Minors: under 18 a parent or guardian signs.
• Forms for your track: membership card, federation licence, free practice, courses.
• Fast renewal with a pre-filled link; tax code calculated and checked.
• Signed members move into the MxOffice rider register.

The real panel

The MxSign member book as the club sees it: sign-ups from the public form, cards to renew, card and renewal link sent with one click. Real screenshots: riders' personal data is blurred.
